Shipping & Local Pickup:

Lightweight Items Only: We ship only lightweight items to ensure quick and cost-effective delivery. If an item exceeds the weight limit for shipping, it will not be eligible for delivery and must be picked up locally.

Shipping Areas: Currently, we ship within Hawaii only.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery address.​

Return to Sender: If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping information or refusal to accept the package, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Pickup is available during our regular business hours:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened Products:
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.

Uninstalled Items:
We cannot accept returns if the item has been installed or used.
Return Timeframe:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of pickup. To initiate a return, please contact us at ( jac808@jacimport.shop ) with your order details.
Return Process:

Once we confirm the eligibility of your return, you can bring the item back to our location. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the purchase. Please allow 3 - 5 days for the refund to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items:

Some items may not be eligible for return, such as clearance or final sale products. These will be marked on the product page.
